Our Full-Time planner will guide your through the many options we can make available to you and your family as you design your event. This is your day and it should feel that way. We are here to listen and help bring your vision to life within your budget, not ours.
The hotel requests a $100 refundable deposit to save a date for any event space. At this time we will work with you to decide which space is best for your wedding, quinceanera, retreat or other celebration. Then our catering team go to work to perfect all of our banquets.
We know you'd like your guests to stay where the party is! You can reserve a block of rooms up to a year in advance. Guests will receive the group discounted pricing up to two weeks prior to the event and reserve a room with their own credit card and personal information, not yours.
In our base price, we Include full-length black or white tableclothes, traditional skirting, basic centerpieces, votives, place settings and the set up of guest tables and chairs. We do not provide any flowers or floral arrangements, but will work with your florist to ensure delivery and placement.
For a nominal cost you may enhance your look with pintuck overlays and chair sashes, uplighting or customized centerpieces.
Wine service can be added to any table for just $24 per bottle and Champagne for $45 per bottle. You may choose any level of additional Bar Service you feel is best for your event.
We provide one Bartender per 75 Guests.
Catering is arranged on a per person basis to help control cost and waste. We do offer Gluten Free and Vegan options and can arrange for dietary restrictions with advance notice.
