Throughout COVID, our Event Team is still here to make sure your vision for your day comes true once we can all safely gather again. We will show you all of your available options, work with you to plan the perfect meal and arrange for room blocks to suit your needs and budget. There are no pre-planned packages here, every step is designed for you and you alone.
To reserve your date, we require a signed quote and a 20% non-refundable deposit. Final Head Count and Full Payment are required no later than two weeks prior ti the event.
We know you'd like your guests to stay where the party is! You can reserve a block of rooms up to a year in advance. We will guarantee a discounted price for reservations made up to two weeks prior to the event. After that time we cannot honor a discount so ask your guests to book as soon as they know their needs..
In our base price, we Include full-length black or white tableclothes, traditional skirting, basic centerpieces, place settings and the set up of guest tables and chairs. We do not provide any flowers or floral arrangements, but will work with your florist to ensure delivery and placement.
For a nominal cost you may enhance your look with overlays and chair sashes, uplighting, fairy skirting, or customized centerpieces.
House Wine service can be added to any table for just $20 per bottle and Champagne for $45 per bottle. You may choose any level of additional Bar Service you feel is best for your event including Open, Cash or Tab options.
We provide one Bartender per 100 Guests.
Catering is arranged on a per person basis to help control cost and waste. We do offer Gluten Free and Vegan options and can arrange for dietary restrictions with advance notice.
